A Painting Journal ... some beautiful views I felt led to paint... En plein air is a French expression which means "in the open air". My passion is outdoor painting in order to learn to capture the natural light.
I saw Paige painting this peaceful scene en plein air at Toddhall Retreat Center. I stopped and spoke with her and was amazed by her talent and ability to capture the light and this special moment at the end of the day.
